What is a good video camera to record myself playing guitar and bass?

I have a cheap little RCA handycam that resembles the "flip" video camera. it buzzes alot when i play bass, and it doesnt have good video quallity. what camera can i get that wont buzz, that has good video quallity, but isnt extremely expensive?
