    The other thing is that the center of the circle is going to have a lot less pixels than the outer, so I’m guessing there are some pretty heavy interpolation to make up the difference.

    Taking into account the acre of te circle, it loses around 1/4 of the outer acre and 1/8 of the center, so the resolution should be around : 1200×480p

    I wonder how much …
    I wonder how much resolution it loses to do this 360 shot.
    Assuming that the PM5 shoots REAL 1080 video (and not anamorphic 1440 with a 4:3 cmos sensor), I can see that there is a lot of empty/black space leftover (since the video is a circle that must fit in the 1920×1080 resolution. and once unwrapped, my guess is that the resolution is not even 720p, but perhaps SD or something

    yes that part I know, i am wondering if it is seperate of the cam, as a accessory since the difference of with or out is 15.00 and you get a memory card as well lol
